Alaina earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University. She joined Sturgis Bank in 2023 as a Human Resources Coordinator and has since transitioned into the role of Treasury Management Relationship Manager in December 2024. With over a decade of experience in retail management, sales, and hospitality, Alaina brings a strong foundation in customer service and business operations to her work with local organizations.

Alaina’s background includes hands-on experience in her family-owned business and active involvement in the Sturgis Area Chamber of Commerce, where she has served as both a board member and ambassador. These roles have allowed her to build deep connections within the community—relationships she now leverages to better serve her clients in the financial sector.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, kayaking, and experiencing new adventures together.
