Leanne Brownfield joined Sturgis Bank in October of 2020, bringing with her over 15 years of experience in the banking industry. She is glad to work for a community bank who cares for its customers, community and employees. Whether she’s meeting with clients or volunteering, Leanne brings integrity, service and excellence to everything she does. Leanne is a graduate of the 2024 Leadership Accelerator program, was named “Ambassador of the Year” in 2025 and was named to the 40 under 40 class of 2025. She is a Board Member of the SWMIR Chamber Foundation and Secretary of the Berrien County Community Board. Leanne enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, Corey, and daughter, Peyton.
