Nate started at Sturgis Bank & Trust in 2017 as a commercial lender. He graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2012 and spent several years in the Hospitality and Tourism industry before turning to banking. After nearly 10 years in Grand Rapids, MI- Nate and his wife Brittany decided to move back to their hometown of Sturgis to enjoy a slower-pace of life with their family. He volunteers his time on the Advisory Committee for the Sturgis Area Community Foundation, as a Board Member for the Sturges-Young Center for the Arts, and for many other community events throughout the year. Nate enjoys waterfowl hunting, golfing, working on classic cars, and spending time with his family.
