Zach Morris serves as Assistant Vice President, Business Development for Van Buren County at Sturgis Bank, where he works with local businesses and community partners to support economic growth and strengthen the communities the bank serves. He brings more than 20 years of experience helping Michigan businesses grow and thrive. Prior to joining Sturgis Bank, Zach served as Executive Director of Market One, leading economic and community development efforts across Cass and Van Buren counties and generating $2.26 million in economic impact while helping businesses create more than 1,300 jobs. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Professional Studies from Davenport University, is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma Economic Development Institute, and holds the Certified Economic Development Finance Professional (EDFP) designation through Grow America. Zach remains active in the community, serving in leadership roles with several regional economic development and healthcare organizations.
