Kim Dwyer serves as Senior Vice President, Head of Retail Lending for Sturgis Bank, where she leads retail lending services, loan operations, and the Bank’s team of mortgage lenders. With more than 30 years of experience in financial services, Kim brings deep industry knowledge and a practical, people-first approach to helping customers feel informed and confident when making borrowing decisions.
Kim holds certifications in Leadership, Underwriting and Quality Control, and the SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008. She is also active with the Michigan Bankers Association Retail Lending Committee and Junior Achievement.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys repurposing furniture, gardening, and spending time with her family. Whether she is helping a customer better understand their lending options or giving new life to an old piece of furniture, Kim brings care, patience, and a personal touch to everything she does.
