Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

Our affiliates include financial companies: Sturgis Bancorp, Inc; Oakleaf Financial Services, Inc; Oakleaf Financial Services, Inc; First Michiana Development Corporation of Sturgis; Ayres-Oak Insurance Services; and Oak Title Services LLC

Nonaffiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

Sturgis Bank & Oak Mortgage, LLC do not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.

Joint marketing

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

Joint marketing partners of Sturgis Bank & Trust Company & Oak Mortgage, LLC include other financial service companies, e.g. financial advisors, insurance agencies and credit card companies.
