Yvonne Banfield has deep roots in the greater Marshall, Michigan community. Her grandparents owned the downtown Rexall Drugstore which has been in operation since 1936, and she has founded and managed several businesses in Marshall. After living out-of-state for a few years, she recently moved back home to start a new business.

For over 30 years, Sturgis Bank has helped hundreds of young people improve their financial literacy, learn how to manage their own money, and enjoy the rewards of saving.

As a community bank deeply rooted in the hometowns we serve, we take pride in celebrating individuals like Stephanie Timmer, whose passion for volunteering shines brightly. 

The Marshall Banking Center has a bright reputation for being heavily involved in their community. Whether as a team or individually, they set time aside each week to help local organizations. From serving on area boards of directors for not-for-profits to organizing donated items at Charitable Union and everything in between, they are a team dedicated to helping Calhoun County grow.   

Around Sturgis Bank, it is no secret that Nick West, Loan Processing Representative at Sturgis Main, is a volunteering enthusiast. Odds are, if we are participating in an event around Saint Joseph County, Nick West is either orchestrating it or helping in some way.
