Maria Luisa Diaz Joins Sturgis Bank as Bangor Banking Center Manager

Sturgis Bank is pleased to announce that Maria Luisa Diaz has joined the organization as Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager of their Bangor Banking Center. Maria joins Sturgis Bank with almost forty years’ experience in financial services management.

Stephanie Timmer, Senior Vice President for Van Buren County, said, “We are thrilled that Maria has joined Sturgis Bank. She has a long history of serving customers in our region and will allow a seamless transition from Renee Doroh, who we wish well on her retirement.”

Maria volunteers as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of El Concilio, Treasurer for the Southwest Michigan Migrant Council, Treasurer for Hartford Hispanic Heritage Committee, Treasurer for United Christian Services of Eastern Van Buren County, and a Finance Committee member for Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Hartford.
