Sturgis Bancorp, Inc., Chairman

David L. Franks is President and Chief Operation Officer of Oak Press Solutions Inc., a manufacturing company serving an international customer base, headquartered in Sturgis, Michigan. He also is a board member for Burr Oak Tool Inc. and associated international companies. He has been a Director of the Company and Bank from 2009 to 2015, and since June 2016. He served on the Sturgis School Board, including two years as President. He served as a board member for the Sturgis Area Chamber of Commerce and President of the Kiwanis Club of Sturgis. The Franks family continues to contribute to the Sturgis community through their family's charitable foundation. Neither Oak Press Solutions Inc. nor Burr Oak Tool Inc. is a parent, subsidiary, or other affiliate of the Company.

Michael R. Frost is President of LTI Printing, Inc. He has been a Director of the Company since 2014. He is a Board of Trustees member for the Sturgis Area Community Foundation, as well as serving on their Investment Committee. LTI Printing, Inc. is not a parent, subsidiary or other affiliate of the Company.

Kimberlee Bontrager is President/Owner of Locey CPA, LLC. She has been a Director of the Company and Bank since 2016. She is a Certified Public Accountant, who previously was employed at Lincoln Memorial University, Harrogate, TN, where she served as VP of Finance in charge of accounting, financial, banking, IT, and construction operations for the University. She is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Sturgis and serves as President of the Sturgis Chamber of Commerce and Habitat for Humanity of St. Joseph County. She also serves on the board and finance committees of the Domestic and Sexual Abuse Services organization, Thurston Woods Village and Glen Oaks Community College.

Jason Halling is a member of the Board of Directors, Oak Press Solutions Inc. and Treasurer Vice President Business Development at Burr Oak Tool Inc., Sturgis, MI. He has been a Director of the Company since 2019. He is active in the City of Sturgis Economic Development Corporation, Sturgis Improvement Association/Brownfield Redevelopment Authority, and Sturgis Historical Society. Halling previously was a financial auditor and consultant with Ernst & Young, LLP, Chicago, IL and a licensed CPA in Illinois.

Jeffrey M. Mohney is owner of A.W. Ayres Insurance Agency, Inc. and Noecker Insurance Agency, LLC. He is a Licensed Insurance Counselor. He has been a Director of the Company and Bank since 2006. He is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Sturgis and is a United Way Leadership Giver. He is president of the board of directors for KeyStone Place. He founded and serves as president on the board of directors for the Mohney Foundation, a private charity focused on helping people with physical and mental disabilities find affordable housing. Neither A.W. Ayres Insurance Agency nor Noecker Insurance Agency is a parent, subsidiary or other affiliate of the Company.

Keene Taylor is a partner at Realty Executives and Real Property Management in Saint Joseph, MI, after formerly spending over 36 years in the banking industry. He has been part of the Southwest Michigan community all his life and is active locally in the Lion’s Club and Berrien Community Foundation. Since October 2021, he has proudly served on the St. Joseph Banking Center Community Advisory Board, utilizing his wealth of knowledge to better our community banks.
